Information We Collect About You

The information available to Ecotrotter from an SNS is affected by the privacy settings you establish at the SNS
Forwalk does not collect the age or the date of birth of its users. Accordingly, there is no specific processing of minor’s personal data. Forwalk is only addressed to users above 16 years old. If the user is under age he should not register on Forwalk.
Personal information that can be collected at the time of Purchasing a goods or service:
- email address
- payment transaction reference
- customer address (optional)
- shipping address (optional)
We do not store credit card details, we only hold a reference to the transaction made on that card from us. Please Note: When you place an order with us, we use a secure server. Any data you provide to us, is encrypted using a ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is a widely used measure to guard against Internet messages being intercepted. All modern browsers support SSL encryption.
Use of personal information
Once you register or log in or submit information or Purchasing an goods or services through our website we will know who you are and your activities on this website and information about you and/or your company may be recorded on our systems. Forwalk guarantees the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, suppression, limitation and portability to the processor, as established by applicable regulations. At any time, any data subject who intends to exercise any such rights in connection with personal data will be able to do by accessing the Website, section “My Account”. Also, any subject interested on exercising any such rights in connection with personal data should contact Forwalk at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org., including in the subject a clear reference to the right he/she intends to exercise and addressing the email to the attention of Forwalk. Forwalk shall answer the request in all cases, regardless of whether or not there is personal data of the particular data subject within its personal data filing systems. If the request does not comply with the requirements above, Forwalk shall request the data subject to provide the necessary additional information.
